MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE LIMITED TO PERSONS WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 16 YEARS.  Any Applicant having reached the age of 16 years but not the age of 21 years, shall be granted membership upon the presentation to the Secretary of the Club, a "Waiver and release" signed by his/her parents or legal guardian (s), duly subscribed and sworn to be such parents or guardian (s) before a Notary Public. PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED.

Any person found to be of illegal age or who has falsely gained membership will be suspended from all activities sanctioned by C.A.R.C. and no refund of fees paid shall be made.

All applicants for membership agree to abide by the By-Laws and other rules established by the C.A.R.C.

A BAD CHECK PASSED TO THE CLUB AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THAT PERSONS MEMBERSHIP FEES.

The membership fee is $25.00 per year, renewable before April 1st to be eligible to vote in the next general election in accordance with the By-Laws.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Every member of the C.A.R.C. shall conduct themselves as ladies and gentleman at all times when appearing befor the public as a contestant or as an official. Each driver and pit attendant will be furnished the proper identification tags which must be worn in a conspicuous manner at all times during race meets. Anyone found giving his pit pass away to allow someone in the pits who is not entitled to be there, will cause themselves and their car to be barred from further competition in that race meet.  Everyone seeking admission to the pits must respect the Gateman in their fulfillment of his duties.

Members must have their membership card with them at all times or they will not be able to participate or vote at any C.A.R.C. race meet, meeting or other event.
