Joe St. Peter is one of a long line of St Peters who have joined the CARC over the years. Under the influence of his friend, Tom Gillen, Joe started racing with the Club in 1999 but took a few years off before getting back into it.  His first year, he drove the #13 car and his worst racing memory is that of putting that car into the wall. JSP is now in his 4th year of racing with the CARC.

Driving the Vic St. Peter-owned #87 Model A Ford, Joe raced to his first Main Event win in 2010 at Pueblo's I-25 Speedway, which remains his favorite racing memory to date. One of his greatest influences is Richard Burton, to whom Joe wants to dedicate this season.

His crew chief is "Big Dean", and his crew includes the guys at Richard Burton Racing: Bubba; Brian; and Jake. His sponsors include Colorado Custom Cylinder Heads, 3R, Red Line Oil, Englewood Drive Shaft, and A&A Transmission. He lives in Englewood and is a landscaper by trade.
